Organized by the Rotary Club of Scarborough, Scarborough Ribfest represents the club's largest annual fundraising event. To date, significant amounts of money have been raised to support local charitable organizations. The Rotary Club of Scarborough is very proud to serve its' community and help those in need.

All of the money that we raise at Ribfest is used to help people in the community and around the world who need it. Whether it is through providing dictionaries to Grade 5 students, or helping Habitat for Humanity, or funding the Canadian Centre for Refugee and Immigrant Health Care, or supporting the new Splash Pad at Thomson Park, we do our best to support the community. Without Ribfest, we could not do any of that.

The event has become an annual community favourite over the August long weekend and is enjoying a 24 year track record of success. From small beginnings to what it has become today, East Toronto's largest community event continues to grow and become a must attend celebration of family fun, food and entertainment on the summer calendar!
